Our Certified Translation Process

We work with a small group of certified translators available around the clock to help you with your document. We answer our requests around the clock and are available via phone to answer any of your questions.

Our process is simple:

Step 1: Take a smartphone high-resolution picture of your document and email it to us.

Step 2: We take your order/charge and assign your document to a certified translator.

Step 3: We deliver your translation digitally with a stamp and seal.

Step 4: Your hard copy is mailed to you (our translators do not work out of our office).

 

How your Certified Translation will Look

We send you a PDF file of a scanned version that includes an affidavit page explaining everything, along with a stamp and our American Translator’s Association number signed by our Translation Manager. Every page contains a seal and is presented together for your purpose. We will send it to you by email when you need it. We will then mail the hard copy to you.
